Turnkey HVAC for a 12-story commercial office facility

Project Overview & Execution Narrative:

We successfully delivered a turnkey HVAC installation and ventilation upgrade for a 12-story commercial office facility. The project scope encompassed complete mechanical and electrical integration, custom stainless-steel ductwork fabrication, and installation of modern multi-zone VRF air conditioning systems. Following mechanical installation, our engineering team conducted rigorous Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB), including refrigerant pressure holding tests, electrical load verification, and precision airflow balancing. The system was officially commissioned and handed over in full operational condition, achieving peak energy efficiency, optimal thermal comfort, and complete statutory compliance.

Ductwork Fabrication, Installation & Commissioning

Scope: Complete Air Distribution System

Execution & Commissioning: Successfully delivered full-scope sheet metal ductwork fabrication, site erection, and final system commissioning for BARICK. The project encompassed the complete supply and installation of supply, return, and exhaust ducting, complete with high-density thermal insulation, volume control dampers (VCDs), fire dampers, and air terminal devices. Prior to handover, our engineering team conducted comprehensive static pressure leakage testing, total air volume balancing (TAB), and system commissioning to ensure optimal airflow distribution, minimal static loss, and full compliance with design specifications and Standards.
